Ticket Sales Counts, as of 5/18 @ 6:39 am:

Friday: 581 Sold (67.32%) of the house, 282 tickets left to sell.

Saturday: 701 Sold (81.23%) of the house, 162 tickets left to sell.

House seats 863 max per show

REMINDER! Things are getting better but we still need more Pop Volunteers. Please help if you can. Also, if parents did not sign up for Tree this year, this will be their last chance to work. Failure to volunteer for Tree or Pop this year, means you will not receive the early tickets code for Tree 2022!

REMINDER! Here is the rest of the Pop Week Schedule!

TODAY: Wednesday, May 18, 6pm-9:30pm-CLOSER & OPENER  AND ALL SPECIALTY ACTS! (in this order). Be checked in no later that 5:45 PM. Again, you may leave when your last act is done. If you want to watch the specialty acts, you can do so this night. (Volunteers also be there by 5:45 PM).

NEW! PARKING: Due to the 5K run going on here this afternoon/evening/ the east (auditorium side) parking lot must be cleared of all cars by 3:15 pm today. Tonight, please park in the west lot and walk through the building. The Sailor Center doors and the hallways gates are scheduled to be unlocked by 5:00 pm.

NEW! SENIORS ONLY: You may begin lining up outside the auditorium lobby bathroom doors beginning at 4:30 pm today. Mr. Reinhardt will open the side door to the auditorium at 5:00pm. Each senior spot on the rail will be marked with a number, written on a piece of tape. This is how we will know if you are in the correct spot each time. You must stay on the rail, once you have claimed your spot, so seniors arriving later know which spots are available. Since Ella Buikema is our featured soloist for the closer, she automatically gets one of the very center spots.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING TODAY: Wear your opening act costume to rehearsal and bring your specialty act costumes too. This is also the only night that you may stay and watch all of the specialty acts (optional).

Thursday, May 19, 6pm-9pm Final Dress Rehearsal! FULL SHOW RUN THROUGH (minus the closer). Be checked in by 5:45 PM. You may leave when your last act is done, as we will not be doing the closer on this night. (Volunteers also be there by 5:45 PM)

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING TODAY: Wear your opening act costume. Bring your specialty act costumes too.

Friday, May 20, 6:30pm-9:15pm ish-Opening Night. Students check in by 6:30pm for our 7:00pm show. End time, approx. 9:15pm. (Volunteers be there by 6:45 PM)

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING TODAY: Wear your opening act costume and bring all your specialty act costumes AND YOUR COMPLETE CHOIR UNIFORM!

Saturday, May 21 6:30pm-9:15pm ish-Closing Night/Senior Night. Students check in by 6:30pm for our 7:00pm show. End time, approx. 9:15pm. (Volunteers be there by 6:45 PM)

Sunday, May 22 1pm-? Typically ends around 3pm-4pm. Set Strike (take apart and get the set back off the stage)

REMINDER! Here are the dressing rooms assignments for Pop Go the Sailors. Guys were based upon number of costume changes and girls were based upon number of acts + seniority.

REMINDER-NYC, 2023! Next year’s seniors AND juniors…are you ready to head to NYC? This is just a reminder that we will travel to the Big Apple again next spring with both your classes. This will then get up back on a rotation of every other year, going traveling to NYC with these two classes. We will have a meeting prior to the end of the school year where we will share further details, costs, itinerary, etc.!

REMINDER-2024 OVERSEAS TOUR UPDATE! Attention this year’s sophomores, freshman (as well as current 7th and 8th grade choir students): We will be again traveling overseas in June of 2024. We will have a meeting prior to the end of the school year where we will share further details such as where we will be going, costs, itinerary, etc. but just wanted to give you a heads up!
